Gritty Win for Women's Hoops

It's been a tough season for Tina Martin and her squad. They currently sit at 6-16 overall and 5-5 in the CAA. But last night was a rare bright spot as they were able to gut out a tough upset win over the 2nd place VCU Rams. Amazingly, they were able to pull out the W while managing only 42 points (42-37). This was the lowest amount scored in a victory in school history.
